Q. Pilate cared more about what the crowd thought than about doing what was right. Have you ever felt pressure from friends to go along with something you knew was wrong?
Q. Jesus remained calm and truthful even when people mocked Him. What can we learn from His example when others criticize or make fun of us?
Q. Pilate had many chances to do the right thing but kept putting it off. Why is delaying the right decision often just as dangerous as making the wrong one?
Q. The crowd shouted, “We have no king but Caesar.” What kinds of things compete to be “king” in the your life?
Q. Can you see something of yourself in Pilate? If you had been in his position, what would have done? What does that answer reveal about your own heart today?
