- Was there anything you didn’t understand from the sermon today?
- What were the mistakes or poor decisions that made David an easy target for temptation and the sequence of increasingly bigger sins?
- How do you prevent or avoid temptation? What do you recommend to other people versus what you actually practice in your own life?
- How do you become vulnerable to temptation in your own life? What sins does that weaken your defenses against?
- Even though David confessed, God still judged him and held him accountable. Have you seen God’s judgement in your life? Have you seen it in the lives of others?
- What needs to change so you can pursue God aggressively or purposefully? Are you actually going to do it? Be honest with yourself.
